Return Policy


Customer satisfaction, outstanding service and support is our main goal. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn or unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery confirmation for a restocking fee of 30% of the total price paid for the item (minus shipping). 

If your device is damaged or defective, you may return your item to us and receive a new product OR refund. You will need to return your item within 30 days of delivery confirmation and you must provide pictures or video of your damaged or broken item. 



Any item that is marked on sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned. You can keep the item and order a second one for a discounted price. 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please retrieve a tracking number.
